What obligations do I have to fulfil once my project is funded?

Open access to scientific publications:

Unless it conflicts with its legitimate interests, the BENEFICIARY must take all appropriate measures to allow open access (free, online, for all users) to all scientific publications related to the results obtained at least in part thanks to the regional grant. In particular, it must deposit a readable electronic copy of the published version or the peer-reviewed manuscript accepted for publication in a scientific publication database as soon as possible and no later than:

  • At the time of publication, if an electronic version is available free of charge through the publisher;
  • Or within six (6) months of publication (twelve (12) months in the case of publications in the humanities and social sciences) in all other cases.

Acknowledgement of support

Where the financial contribution of the Île-de-France Region is equal to or exceeds 50% (fifty per cent) of the total budget for the project, the size of the regional logo shall be proportionally larger than that of the other co-funders.

In the case of an infrastructure project, the regional logo must appear on the subsidised infrastructure.
