In response to environmental challenges, research is working to develop solutions and support transitions.

The dialogue between the IPGG and TERRAE major programmes will highlight two complementary approaches: rational technological innovations to reduce carbon footprints and transdisciplinary research rooted in local areas.

A webinar made to examine the contribution of science to building sustainable futures!

The session will be held on 15 October at 12:30 p.m. (registration required) in a hybrid format, with the option of attending:

  • in person at PSL headquarters, 60 rue Mazarine.
  • or remotely via Teams.

With the participation of:

  • Annie Colin, physicist-chemist, professor at ESPCI Paris – PSL and co-leader of the IPGG Grand Programme
  • Freddy Bouchet, physicist, director of research at ENS – PSL, and co-leader of the TERRAE Grand Programme

The webinar will be moderated by Guillaume Pakula, climate communicator and founder of the Celsius Project

The webinar will be followed by a Q&A session with the audience.
