LabCom call for proposals – 2026 edition
The first round of applications will close on February 27, 2026, at 5 p.m. The second round will close on September 22 at 5 p.m.
The purpose of this ANR program is to encourage academic researchers to create structured partnerships through the joint creation of “Joint Laboratories” between an SME or mid-sized company and a research organization laboratory. A Joint Laboratory is defined by the signing of a contract setting out its operating procedures, including:
- joint governance,
- a research and innovation roadmap,
- working resources enabling the roadmap to be implemented jointly,
- a strategy aimed at ensuring that the company capitalizes on the partnership.
Procedure
- Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis
- Selection based on a steering committee
- Flat-rate funding of €363k for the public research laboratory over 54 months
Application file
- Bilateral partnership: a research organization and an SME, mid-cap company, or start-up
- A commitment to sign a joint laboratory contract defining:
- A research and innovation roadmap
- A program lasting at least 54 months, not limited to predefined objectives
- A joint promotion and governance strategy
- A strategy for the sustainability of the collaboration beyond ANR support
