gaS and liqUIds conTinuously Analyzed By microfluidics

SUITABL proposes to build a versatile microfluidic platform to perform the operando analysis of the gases and liquids produced by materials in the context of normal use or in response to specific solicitations (irradiation, particle bombardment, heating…). This new platform will enable the design of efficient and sustainable materials in important fields as diverse as catalysis, photocatalysis for energy production, pollution remediation or recycling. The originality of the project arises from the coupling of state-of-the-art microfluidics with new generation instruments for gas (μGC) and liquid (LC-MS) measurements. This coupling will provide a unique and open platform allowing to test the behavior of materials in a fast, reproducible and comparable manner and to understand how they degrade/age under various solicitations
