MOF-3D-microCAP

MOF electrosynthesis on 3D structured electrodes for a new generation of microsupercapacitors.

Microsupercapacitors are miniaturized energy storage devices crucial for the development of autonomous portable electronic apparatus. However, they still need to be improved to meet commercial use. The purpose of this project is to tackle this challenge with the development of a new generation of MSCs based on original 3D electrodes with Metal Organic Framework (MOF) as innovative active material for charge storage. In addition, process adapted for mass production will be used.
