Are you planning to start a business? Take part in the 2026 residential entrepreneurship programme

Event Information

Date :30 November to 2 December 2026

The MaTerRE DIM, the BioConvS DIM, C’Nano and the QuanTiP DIM, along with the Saclay Electronics and Quantum PEPR, are joining forces to organise a new residential entrepreneurship programme!

The programme will take place from 30 November to 2 December 2026 at the Domaine de Saint Paul, 102 route Limours, 78470 Saint-Rémy-Lès-Chevreuse. It will be led by Eric Langrognet of Limpidea Management.

Open to all members of our networks – from PhD students and postdocs to established researchers – this course will provide you with the fundamentals of entrepreneurship (networking, finance, market research, business plans, negotiation, etc.) through theoretical lectures, interactive workshops and talks by entrepreneurs from the scientific community. So, if you’re interested in the start-up ecosystem and how it works, if you already have an idea or an entrepreneurial project, or if you simply want to familiarise yourself with the terminology and some of the key issues, this programme is for you!

Applications will be open until 30 October 2026 on the event website; please submit your CV and a covering letter.

Places are limited to 15, and the registration fee is waived for members of the QuanTiP, MaTerRE, BioConvS and Quantum Saclay networks.
