Workshop: ‘AI for New Materials’

Register for this workshop organised by the National Association for Research and Technology (ANRT) on Wednesday 30 September 2026 from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm at the France Chimie headquarters (14 Rue de la République, 92800 Puteaux)
Against a backdrop characterised by issues of sovereignty, sustainability and security, as well as an evolving regulatory framework, AI has become an indispensable tool for the design of new materials.
This inaugural workshop will present research and innovation practices in the field of materials through case studies drawn from industrial and scientific approaches.
Feedback from stakeholders actively involved in these areas will outline the potential, limitations and challenges posed by these approaches, particularly in terms of transforming research and characterisation methods, structuring and utilising data, and the integration of human expertise with AI models.
